Liv Shoup
Liv Shoup (she/her) is a writer and theatre artist based in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated with a Screenwriting and Playwriting degree from Drexel University in March 2020 — excellent timing. Having dabbled in all aspects of theatre, she finds herself most at home as a writer. She even spent her first year post graduation teaching TV Comedy Writing at her alma mater. Her play Foaming at the Mouth received a glowing review from the University City Press and she has had six of her plays produced in 2021! As a part of InterAct’s apprentice program, she hopes to help further the voices of new artists and playwrights, and make some new friends while she’s at it! Her favorite theatre moments of her Philly years include playing Agnes in She Kills Monsters (2019), playing Jenna in Be More Chill (2019), and directing her short play Foaming at the Mouth in its full Zoom debut.
