InterAct Theater company is trilled to be working with HIAS Pennsylvaniafor our Action Happy Hours! Join HIAS for a night of immigration advocacy. Our lobby will support a letter writing center where you can write messages to offer your support for individual refugees and immigrants. We will also feature a film recording/ StoryCorps booth where participants can share what immigration means to them.

Action Happy Hours are free and open to the public.

Aferwards, trot down to The Wilma Theater for SOUNDTRACK TO IMMIGRATION, an evening of Music from ADAPT! with all proceeds donated to HIAS Pennsylvania. Enjoy a rich array of music from the world priere of ADAPT! with the stories of Philadelphia immigrants.

HIAS Pennsylvania provides legal and supportive services to immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers from all backgrounds in order to assure their fair treatment and full integration into American society. As part of this event, we will write letters to specific immigrants to support them in their struggles and create a StoryCorps phone and video set up for those that want to tell their own immigration story.
